Biography: Eliansiee on the surface is a tamed Wood Elf, she seems no longer inclined to protecting the life her species had come to love, fighting or distrusting against old enemy species, or a typical elf archer. But underneath her impressive magical abilities, and kind loving gardener appearance is a crafty mischievous and often lustful being. The shop is a cover for her Moon Sugar business, she has the connections to get other drugs as well but believes the money is in the moon. Her business is often those rich folk that deal with her due to her impressive ability to hide the stuff from the law. Years of using moon sugar herself has created a sexaholic being though with the right counter herbs and alternation spells she can control herself well enough until it is safe to let loose.
IC Equipment: Eliansiee typically wears elegant dresses that displays her impressive breasts in a 'look, stare even, but don't touch manner'. Her nighttime garments are often see through night gowns with lack of any undergarment, why not? She is in her house alone, relaxing the most comfortable way.
IT Equipment: During her out of city travels she protects herself with eleven armor (light armor), a armor that though protects well still looks good on the body. She does not enjoy wearing a helm and will most likely not during her travels.
3 Most Common Weapons: Dagger sized blade weapons, hand to hand, darts.

Powers/Mutation: Metamorphosis: ((Able to change into a unholy mutative beast)) Curse: ((The beast constantly exists as a extension of himself, like a second shadow. Those with minor telepathy can hear it's whispers when they focus while those with major telepathy can see the beast when they focus on Peter.)) Regenerative: ((The beast's desire to live can sometimes protect Peter from otherwise potentially fatal wounds. A severed limb will grow back overnight.))
Beast's Powers: Strength, agility, body armor, wall-climbing, shadow transportation((Escape route only; One shadow mass to another)), and a demoralizing withering eye shooting beam/poisonous claws.
Side Effects: When not in beast form, Peter is weaker, constant state of tiredness, and slower. Often like the beast is carrying him along until he is needed in his real form.
Dormant powers/Mutation: Fire resistance, ability to use beast beam ability in non beast form, horns. ((Possible addition later))
