"Terran has it already, Aria, and you deserve it, too, more then you realize." he said softly, slowly he leaned down closer to her, tenderly, he pressed his lips to hers, kissing her softly, as he continued to hold. he didn't know how to show her, other then what he'd already done, offered her a place she could call home, and already their son had his undying love.

She kissed him back leaning into the kiss she closed her eyes tightly she let a tear run down her face just like that night she'd left. she hesitated but soon placed her hand gently on his cheek. She gently pulled away breaking the kiss "no one else has kissed or touched me since that night I left" she said truthfully. She wanted to tell him ut couldn't brign herself to. She was afraid of him to an extent because of how he made her feel.

Allen smiled warmly at her as she spoke, nodding some, he truthfully replied. "nor have I been with anyone, since then, Aira." he whisper, gently reaching up to lay his hand over hers that was placed on his cheek. "I've even kept count of the days since you left." he admitted.

"I am sorry I left but I thought it was better that way. I am not the kind of woman you would want and deserve. You deserve some one that is goign to be there for you and won't just run away. I would like ot stay but I can't and I only say this because I..." she couldn't say it she quickly moved away getting up "I should tell Terran dinner is ready" she said softly she was hiding and running away from her own feelings.

Allen sighed, and stood, moving behind her. "Aria, why can't you stay?" he asked, softly setting his hands on her shoulders. "please, Aria tell me." he whispered, gently, he began to rub her. he wanted to know why she had to leave again.

Aria slowly turned looking him in the eyes "because... I'm afraid...of you" she barely managed to let the words leave her lips. She moved away to go get Terran she got to his room "honey dinner is ready" she said softly. and went back to the kitchen she sat down infront of her plate and ate in silence.

'she's afraid of me?" he asked himself mentally, 'why?' was the only think other thing that came to mind before a million different theories ran through his head. he had to clear them out before he talked to her again. For now though, he also sat in silence eating his meal. "I'll clean up the kitchen" he said, half-way through dinner, it'd give him more time to clear out his mind. he'd been on auto-pilot so long it seemed that he wasn't as sharp as he was six years ago. now that part of him had to start running again, to sort out all the theories and think clearer.

"alright Terran its bedtime for you it has been a very long day and you need your rest" she said softly Terran argued and complained but once he received the I'm not going to argue look from his mother he followed her to the room he was jsut in. She pulled out a night shirt for him to sleep in. She tucked him in kissing his forehead "goodnight I love you" she whispered softly she walked out leaving the door cracked she sat down and sighed heavily in a chair a few doors down from where he slept.

It didn't take long for Allen to clean the kitchen. but it was enough time to clear up his head, but he had to ask Aria why she was afraid of him, he didn't want to scare her away, not again. quietly, he walked up stairs, finding Aira in a chair. "I take it from the look on your face that you didn't tell him." he said, quietly. Kneeling next to her, he reached out with his left hand, softly taking her hand in his own. He truly wanted ask her why she afraid him, but didn't think that right then was the time.

"he seems so happy I haven't ever seen him so happy before I don't want to ruin this for him. He deserves two parents in his life not just one like it would be if I left with him. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do" she said getting up she brushed past him walking away she went out onto the patio looking out tiredly.

Allen sighed softly, standing, he followed her outside. "Aria." he said softly, leaning against the handrail "I can't speak for you, but I think you should do what you feel is the right thing to do." he said. more calmly then he thought he could. "If...If you want to leave, I mean truly want want to, then I wont stop you, no matter how much it hurts me to let you. If you want Terran to stay, I'd love to have him." he stated. "But Aria, I'd like you to stay, too you know, but I want you to be happy, that's why I'm willing to let you go of your own accord."

Aria looked over at him "you don't get it do you? You are one the few people I thought actually truly understood me but I guess I was wrong. I'm afraid of you... afraid of you because of what happens when I'm here. you make me feel. I never used to feel I turned off that part of me long ago. I can't stay and you know why. I don't know what else to tell you I don't even know why I came back in the first place." she said she just looked over at him. pausing for a long moment "I cant feel right now I have to put
Terran first and no one else."

"I Know Aria," he said, "we both have to put Terran first, we're his parents, it kinda comes with the territory, " he explained, "But Aria, you're right in that I do not fully understand you, and i want to know more about you so that i may better understand you. " he said, as he pushed himself back from the railing, "can we meet halfway on this Aria?

"I can't. Just stop I shouldn't have come back it would have been better for both of us" she said softly turned her back on him holding her head trying to stop all the thoughts that were flooding into her head she had to stop before she said something she had not said in a very long time to any one except her son. "I never should have come back" she said shaking her head.

"don't say that Aria." Allen whispered, quickly moving up behind her, and wrapping his arms around her waist, holding her gently, but tightly. "You don't know if it'd been better or worse if you hadn't have come back." he said softly to her. "Do not Ever second guess yourself Aria, please, you're stronger then that, I know it"

"I have changed I am not the same girl you took here six years ago. That girl wouldn't have ever come back. She would run from anything that made her consider changing her wandering lifestyle. I don't do that anymore now I'm just a fool who runs right intot he heart of what she never should. I never should have slept with you and let you grow these feelings I should have remained as cold as I was that first time we met. You wouldn't feel anything for me if you knew what all I have done that is so wrong" she pulled away from him "I'm afraid of you because you awakened a feelign inside me that I haven't felt in a very long time and I'm afraid of that feeling"

"Why Aria?" he asked, "why are you afraid of that feeling?" he asked. he had a feeling in both his heart and mind that he knew what feeling was so afraid of, but he had to ask to be sure. as she pulled away, he stayed close, he didn't want to lose her again.

"because I have been hurt by it many times and I don't want it to happen again." she whispered she pushed him away walkign to the opposite side of the patio she needed her space from him her eyes wandering over the landscape as if wishing to runaway like some kind of wild animal.

"Why did I have a feeling you'd say that..." he whispered, more to himself then her. when she pushed him away, he sighed. Taking a seat in one of the chairs he kept out on the patio, he watched her. "If you leave this time Aria," he started to speak, but paused, "at least let us say goodbye this time."

"I know if I say goodbye I will never leave."s eh whispered. She looked over at him "I do not understand you." she walked off leaving the house she headed down to the lagoon dipping her bare feet in the water it felt nice but she was just trying to clean her head and figure out what she was supposed to do she held her head at the temples. She felt so confused she wasn't prepared for what she knew she would say to him.

Aleen sighed heavily and watched her walk off, he didn't follow her, instead, he moved back to the handrail, watching her from the patio. he didn't know what to do, or say to her.

Aria sighed heavily she, she looked up the hill at him the wind started to blow as if pulling him in her direction she at least owed him the truth about how she felt. She looked up at him still she lifted her hand in his direction as if tellign him ot let the wind guide him.

Aleen smiled some when she appeared to want him to come down to her. nodding to himself slightly he stepped off the patio, walking down the open ground to the beach to her. he didn't say anything, she had something to say, he figured, so he'd let her say her with out him rushing her.

Aria looked away for a brief moment. she moved a bit closer ot him she lightly stroked his cheek with her finger tips "Allen...I..." she stopped sighing as if frustrated "Allen...I...love.......you" she said she was obviously struggling with it. "I'm sorry for leaving you all those years ago but I couldn't stop it I had to." she started to babble like she often did in times like this.

Allen smiled as she spoke. "It's alright, Aria." he said softly, reaching up with his hands, one moved to lightly cup the side of her face, gently rubbing his thumb over her cheek. the other to her hand near his face, lightly clasping his hand over hers. "It's in the past, Aria, so I'm not worried about why, I'm just glad that you're back." he said, speaking softly.
