The Animal and the Demon

Logan nodded, "That may be,but he isn't fully grown,and there are still things he doesn't know about his powers." he said. "...You're a villain,so you're more of a threat to him than I am,actually."

"I'm more of a threat to you them I am to him." He growled out as he took a step closer to Logan.

"Is that so?" Logan questioned,his claws coming out of his hands. "And what are the chances you'd want to prove it?" he then asked.

Victor smirked. "Careful Logan, don't want people to know that your a mutant do you?" He asked as a smirk crossed his face.

Logan growled softly,his claws retracting. "Why don't you just tell me why you're watching Kurt?" he asked,wondering why the other didn't want to tell him whatever he was hiding.

"I have every right to runt." He said, he was suprised that Logan hadn't picked up the similar sents that he and his son had.

"Not if you're going to--" Logan paused,smelling a scent similar to that of Kurt that was coming from Victor. "Why do you smell like Kurt?"

Creed snorted and rolled his eyes at the question. "Take a wild guess runt, I'm sure you've had a brat or two in your time."

"...He's your son,then." Logan said softly. "I apologize.I doubt you'd want to hurt your own child."

Creed scowled at that. "Knock it off runt! You're getting soft in your old age, being around Xaviers bunch isn't helping none either." The taller mutnant growled before he turned and left.

Logan sighed softly at that,wondering just how he would break the news to Kurt.It felt like his feelings for the younger mutant were changing,too.

Soon Kurt was was back at Logan's side with a smile on his face. "Hey Logan! Sorry I took so long, I couldn't find the CD I was looking for, for a bit."

Logan smiled softly, "That's alright,Kurt." he said. "Where else would you like to go?"

"Nein, this is the only thing that I wanted to get." Kurt said with a happy smile on his face.

Logan nodded, "Back home,then?" the older mutant asked.

"Ja I'm ready Herr Logan." Kurt said was he stood next to the older mutant with a smile on his face.

Logan then lead Kurt back to the car.

Kurt smiled and stretced as he sat down in the car and buckled himself in. "Did you want to go any where else Herr Logan?"

Logan got into the drivers seat,and buckled his seat belt. "Not that I can think of," he answered,before starting to drive back home.

Kurt smiled and nodded his head and rolled down the window next to his before leaning back and closing his eyes as the wind whipped through his hair.

Logan smiled as he watched Kurt,he thought the young boy looked cute.

Kurt couldn't help but sigh softly as they drove, even though he looked normal...he couldn't really be himself out in public.

Logan frowned, "Kurt,what's wrong?" the older man asked.He didn't like seeing the other so down.

Kurt looked up at the question and shook his head before smiling. "Nothing, just want to be able to turn off my watch so I can be myself." He said with a smile on his face.

Logan smiled, "I wish you could,too." the older man said. "I wish we all didn't have to hide our identities."
