Kari looked at Sam, "I hope you did throw it overboard? Cause her and I have the same problems despite being different Sam." She said softly as she didn't notice it in his hands as she hoped he had done that. Then she looked back Teil, "are they worried back in our time? I mean I have been gone for a long time or at least it seems since you came after me Teil. I just want to know if my job is a little upset that I am taking this long to take care of the convict that is lose here." She asked nervous cause her job employment didn't like agents meddling in time.

Kale was being ignored by Kari so the young woman slowly inched away until she had disappeared down into the crew quarters. Sam laughed nervously and nodded his head, lying of course as he replied, "Of course, it's floating in the water now..Those catfish are playing with it now..ahaha.." He paused thought having thought of something and it was pretty good for someone who had just heard of time travel.

"How can you be late to a future if you can travel..back to where you came from moments after you left?" He tried to say, having been the first time he ever said anything like that. "...Or something.."

youve only been gone two days. but i missed you.. and there was nothing to do.." teil said as she frowned a bit then looked at sam "for loving in the old time he sure likes to think.." she said and looked back at kiri"well... rea you awnser that.. i dont even know how they work.." she giggled and leanred on kiri a bit before letting go and started wandering the ship looking around at it. she wore a bar maidens outfit. since she didnt care much for this time and grabbed the cutest thing "but.. why havent you gotten him.. hes down the dock.." she walked behind sam and sniffed him a bit up his back.

Kari frowned as she watched the girl walk away feeling like she caused the girl some distress as she looked at Sam, "Well, it is simple time passes despite even going back in time though time never goes backward. So taking a long time is simple cause time will continue to go on despite going back at the point when you did in the future. So people can miss people that go back in time though they could, the time travelers, go back to the point of when they left however sometimes that is hard to predict so they often get back about a year or so off so people worry. It is normal cause time never stops and it never ever goes backward. Only people that ride the tide back go back in time though time itself is ever flowing." she threw out a lot of terms that she knew would go over Sam's head but the little girl was what she was worried about cause she didn't want to seem like a bitch.

"Teil, I will ask about those things later, I need to figure out what the little girl wanted...or why I was doing those things...", She blushed as Teil could guess what she was meaning since she spoke of catnip to them. Kari looked around though when she got to the crew quarters she looked at the little girl frowning, "I am sorry I ignored you. I just was overwhelmed that my friend had come back to say hi and just remind me of home. I didn't mean to seem like I was blowing you off little girl. You asked why I did that with the plant? Did Sam ever tell you what it does to normal kitties of this time? It makes them go through a eurphoia and often they go into bliss, well it happens to me too and so I kinda was acting like a kitty. I was in bliss with the plant and I wanted to rub it all over my body to take it all in at once. It was something that I cannot describe but I am too embarrassed to really do in front of strangers or even my friends." She said explaining to the girl that had asked the question cause she heard her just was overwhelmed that Teil had come bak to check on her.

She was right about Sam, he couldn't understand all that time traveling mumbo jumbo and he watched her leave before turning to this new person. "So uhh..Not a full cat person?" He asked her kindly.

Kale had gotten onto a hammock in the crew's quarters and almost fell out when Kari appeared. "I am not a little girl by the way.." She read her mind sort of speak. "I am a young woman..who looks like a little girl.." She mumbled, Sam had not told her about what normal cats did with cat nip, it was a first time experience for Kari to observe someone and she oddly felt compelled to see it again. "So you liked it..? What you were doing with the plant?" She assumed.

Teil nodded "im as much as kiri is.. you are a very curious person.." she said and smiled a bit her tail which she wasnt hiding was twitching around. "you may have gotten on a bit of the sour side with kiri thoughh.. she doesnt like cat nip or showing her hormonal side.. even once a month when heat kicks in.." she said and sighed a bit unsure if kiri told them or not.

Kari looked at her frowning, "I didn't know you were a young woman you look young for your age like a kid." She said softly walking into the quarters sitting at a table next to her. "The capnip was that I was using basically makes me have such a euphoria that I get extremely sexual cause of my ancestors. The more I put of the plant on myself the more my body explodes with pleasure." she explained as Kari frowned shaking her head about Sam's little 'present'.

Sam was baffled by this, a human-thing that had the qualities and some appearance of a cat. Was this the future his world will eventually blossom into? It was hard to imagine, how far into the world was this? Right around the corner possibly, he has seen some amazing technology the last couple of years. "Do you guys dislike the dog-people?" he had to ask, he always sees this one dog chasing after a cat where he occasionally sleeps, in fact he has never seen a dog get along with a cat.

"Body exploding with pleasure..sounds like something i would want to experience whenever i can.." She mumbled, unaware that it was something that would become a nuisance after a while. The young looking woman stepped towards her new friend, shifting some and wondering. "Is there something for humans that make them feel that way..?" She asked, wanting to experience personally what Kari seemed to have enjoyed.
