Stormy Is The Sea [Raven]

The wharf was the favorite place of any kind of rifraff you could think of. Anyone who didn't shower for at least a week found their home here on the wharf. The smells of the sea were heavy in the air, and you couldn't walk without feeling the salt from the sea grating against your skin. Those who frequented the wharf, did so because of these things, because you see, most of the rifraff who frequented the wharf happened to be seasoned pirates that wanted to dock for the night.

The crew from The Crimson Rose wasn't any different than the other troops of pirates that stayed here. They had traveled quite a ways across the ocean in search of a treasure that was as old as time itself. It was an artifact that most pirates sought in their lifetime though no one had been able to grab it. The captain of The Crimson Rose was sure that they would find it, and stopping here was only to bring up the men's moral.

At the moment they were holed up in one of the small inns. This particular inn was packed for it's size. Not only because the entire crew of The Crimson Rose was inside of it, but because others were there too. The crew of The Crimson Rose was taking up one corner and were louder than all the rest of the patrons. They seemed to be gathered around one table, all slinging back ale, singing, and hollering their support against one or two people. Probably a competition of some kind.

Indeed it was a competition. It was an arm wrestling match between two members of the crew. Alec Jenkin's was the second in command, and he was extremely muscular. His long black hair was tied back in a ribbon and his face, hardened from the years at sea was screwed in concentration, all the veins in his arms sticking out. The person facing him was none other than the infamous Captain Stormy.

She sat in her spot on the edge of her seat. Her orange hair was tied back in the red bandanna that she always wore, her brown boots rooted to the floor where her feet were.The corset that she wore was tight against her chest, but it didn't seem to hinder the strength of her arm as she suddenly slammed Alec's down to the table top. She rose her arms up in the air and the men around her cheered. She stood up and climbed on top of the table, setting her hands on her hips, accentuating her frame with the tight black leather pants that she wore. "Let it be known that I, Captain Stormy defeated my right hand Alec Jenkins, the biggest girl I have ever known."

Her voice carried and brought laughter. It was going to be a great night.
