tutoring should be fun..right? (Foxxy_Mama and Raven)

Esme was a top straight A's student and she tutor other kids after school. She softly smiles as she walks in the halls towards her locker. She had no friends but she was smarter than everyone. She opens up her locker even though she's a bit shorter than the normal girls around her. She moves up onto her toes and pushes her books into her locker. She was switching her books to her last few classes. She always asked if she could change lockers since she felt uncomfortable near the cheerleaders lockers. She hated it when the cheerleaders were making fun of her because she was smart.

She reached up towards the shelf in her locker but seemed she couldnt reach it. Once she grabbed her book off the shelf. She stuffed her things into her bag and shut her locker. She walks towards the Jocks were they stood since she was asked to tutor one of them. She knew exactly who she was suppose to tutor but she didnt know if she should talk to him in front of his friends, the other jocks. She sighs and hopes he is along next time she sees him. She stops in front of the jocks and looks at him. "May we speak alone?" She asked him softly as she pushes her glasses up on her nose a bit more while looking at him in the eyes.

Kyle stood there while the other jocks laughed. He shook his head then took his text book clocking one of them in the back of the head. Unlike the other jocks he hung out with them because the school society determined that he had to. He didn't see himself as a jock he was an athlete, a sportsmen. He walked up to her and looked down at her as if she was nothing. "Sure he said with a smile. "Here Tomas' room is empty this period." He said softly opening the door for her. He locked the door behind them as they entered the room. "Don't worry about he door I locked it to keep the jocks out. You must be the tutor Johnson was setting me up with." He had a thing for calling everyone by their last name and ignoring the Mr. but it was just who he was. "I'm Kyle." He said introducing himself.

"Esme and yes, the tutor." She says to him. "I do know who you are, Kyle." She says as she sets her books down on the desk. "So were do you wish to be tutored? At home? At the library?" She says to him softly as she looks at him. She softly takes her glasses off and cleans them slowly with her eyes on what she's doing as she waits for him to talk.

"Home would be better. I focus easier when I'm alone, but when I'm alone I can't ask questions about the subjects." He explained. that was his problem he couldn't focus in class because there was too many people, and he couldn't ask for help at home. "I have practice after school, but I can drive you over to my house and then home after we are done with the tutoring lesson." He doubted she would wait that long for him though, but he really did need her help.

She smiles at him and nods. "I'll be in the library after school. I have a tutoring session going on while your practicing. It ends at the same time." She says to him softly as she puts her glasses back on. "How does it feel? Getting tutored by someone that you dont know yet that person knows you?" She asked him softly. "It's just a question, you dont have to answer it." She says to him softly.

"In truth it doesn't bother me at all. Alot of people I don't know know me. It comes with the school being over crowded." He said softly. "But then again alot of them probably aren't nearly as beautiful as you. Most people know me by the number of my jersey." it was a tough way to live everyone knowing you but you have no clue who they are. It was only hard if people cared about it and left the social barriers up, but Kyle wasn't like that.

She looks up at him and then looks away. "I am nowhere close to being beautiful." She says softly as she turns around and grabs her things. "Must go to my next class." She says to him softly and her tail moves slightly by the middle of her legs. Her ears softly flattens down on her head. "Their betting on you." She says softly as she hears the jocks betting on what he would do to her but none of the physical contact. "And me." She says softly. "Is that all you jocks do is bet?" She asked softly as she holds her things in her arms and looks at him softly. She wasnt mad she was just curious.

"Only the stupids ones." He said softly. "Which they're all stupid but me. their almost as bad as those over glorified whores known as cheerleaders." He remarked. He opened the door to the class room. "Yes Ma'am I understand. Yes I'll tell Johnson about your help." He said making damn sure that the other jocks caught it.

Esme smiles and glances at the jocks. "Yes, do tell him." She says as she turns her eyes back to him. "I will see you later than, Kyle." She says to him softly as she heads off towards her next class which is computer lab. Once she got into computer lab she started up her project and started working on it before anyone got into the class room.

Hours had gone by and he was barely getting out of practice. He had gotten hit quite a few times and pulled a muscle in his arm. He walked into the library looking everything over. His vision was slightly blurred but he just had to sit and relax. He yawned waiting for his vision to improve before he continued his search for her.

"Session over everyone. We'll continue again tomorrow." She says as she saw him enter the library. She walks over to him after grabbing her things. She looks him in the eyes as she moves her glasses more up onto her face. "Are you okay?" She asked him softly as she exam his eyes softly.

"Got hit pretty hard, pulled my muscle." He explained closing his eyes. "I can't drive anywhere until this double vision goes away. Looks like you and I are going to be here for a little bit." He said softly leaning his head back hoping the darkness around him would quit spinning.

She sets her hand softly into his as she whispers in his ear. "You tell me were you live and I'll drive as long as you pass your keys over to me." She explains softly to him. "Unless you wish to go to the hospital?" She said as she sits on the table a few inches away from him as she waits for his answer to her question.

"it's not that bad." Kyle said softly "I just have to sit here for about fifteen minutes, and then i'll be good enough to drive." He sat up. "I can understand through listening though so if you want to tutor me now I can hear you. Unless you would rather just wait until my vision comes back."

She smiles softly and just sits there watching him. "I can wait plus your jock friends are heading this way." She says softly. "They could of killed you." She says softly to him. "Do you know how many deaths happen within sports per year?" She asked him softly. "Hmm, I dont even like sports since I'm too much of a nerd for it." She says softly and looks down as his friends approach them.

Kyle groaned. "What do you guys want can't you see your interrupting my tutoring? If you want o lose the championship game then stay if not get the hell out cause you know your nothing without me. Shut up Jake you know we wouldn't have one the last game if I hadn't run in that touchdown. I'm the fastest on the team and I'm the team captain get the hell out now or you all benched!"He wasn't in the mood to hear any of their shit and within a few seconds after his rant the whole team turned around and left without a word.

She tilted her head at him as he ranted at his team members. "What if they came to apologize for hurting you?" She asked a bit too loudly so his team members could hear her. "Boys will be boys when it comes to sports." She says to him and looks the other way. "Your just lucky I'm smart and was asked to help you out." She says softly. "Or I would just walk out those doors without you." She pushed her hair softly out of her face but looks down at him.

Once he was sure his 'friends' were gone he opened his mouth again. "would you rather me let them stay here and start laughing at you again?" He asked sitting up turning his head in her direction. "So why don't we get this tutoring going so we can go in a little bit and study more?"

"I'm use to being laughed at." She says to him as she moves off the table. "So which parts dont you understand?" She asked him softly as she sets her things down on the table. Her hand reaches out to his face and softly rubs the dirt off his cheek. "You have dirt on your cheek." She says to him softly as she explains it to him.

He leaned forward his vision back enough to read but not drive yet. "My problem is the class. I can't hear to learn, their too crowded and this is the only school I can go to." He said he looked over at her. "And just because my team and I are jocks doesn't mean I'm going to sit back and let them insult you."

"Dont worry about me. I'll be the one that comes back five years from now with more money then they ever seen." She says to him softly. "No offense." She says to him softly and looks at him. "Your the only student here in this stupid school that actually cares for me." She says to him. "Why? You dont know me." She asked as she leans forward towards him.

"Because, everyone should be accepted for who they are." A yawn came from his lips but he needed to learn. "There shouldn't be any social barriers just because everyone is different. Yes you have brains, and I have the ability and talent to play football. Everyone, or rather every kind of person needs the help from the others in their life. I lift weights to stay in shape and say a few months down the road you need someone to help you move something then you cn ask me. if the social barriers stay up then everyone is going to struggle in life. I know not to trust my team mates but because of the barriers I am not supposed to break through it and talk to other people. They might think i'm trying to get something out of them and I'm not."

She smiles softly at his explanation and opens the book. "Do you write your notes down off the bored?" She asked him softly as she looks at him again. She softly moved her hand and moves his hair out of his face. "Your kinda cute when your cleaner than the way you are now." She says to him softly but blushed when she heard what she said to him. "Sorry, that's off the subject." She says as she looks down at the book.

"Sorry, it's helmet hair." He said softly pushing it back though it didn't want to stay. "No every time I'm in the classroom I get a headache from everyone around me talking. I'm lucky I get the grades I get." His hand went to the book opening to the page they were studying last in the class.

She smiles softly at him and looks over at the book. "Can you see?" She asked him softly as she moves the chair closer to him and looks at the page he is on that he's doing in science class. "Science is a good class." She says to him softly.

Once a half hour passed of her teaching him a bit of science from the book until he understood it. She looks at him and smiles. "How are your eyes now?" She asked him softly. "If they're better then we should head off so we can finish up with the other subjects." She says to him softly.
