the hatred of love (pony and raven)

His heart nearly stopped, her words, though it shouldn't have been surprising what she said. She moaned his name just like alot of other people, it was a bit whiny and needy. It's just they exact same way Lynn said it to him, in his ear her leg almost in the exact same spot. He kissed her deeply and pulled away. "No, not like this please." He asked softly. "it's our first date mainly, and, It wouldn't be right for me to think of anyone else. He rolled onto his back hands on hit face hoping she wouldn't hate him. Why?! why couldn't he stop finding similarities between Alex and Lynn?!

Alex looked up at him "are you ok? its fine we can just lay here together and relax if that is what you want." she said softly she kissed his cheek gently trying to comfort him. "You mean a lot to me." she whispered curling up with him resting her hand on his chest it felt nice being this close to him.

He got up for a quick minute only to pull the covers back. He laid back down on the bed after laying her down on it. He had picked her up to pull the blankets away from the sheet so they could be warmer together. He placed his left hand on her face and kissed her deeply. "You mean alot to me too Alex, I'm sorry I'm not ready for that yet. It's mainly because its our first date." He explained again before putting his arm around her waist. "My Alex, my baby." He said softly nuzzling into her back.

ALex smiled rolling over to look him in the eyes "I am yours as long as you want me to be" she whispered softly and kissed him gently on the lips she gently stroked his cheek smiling looking deep into his eyes "you have made my birthday a very happy one" she said softly. she then rested her head against his chest.

His left hand moved from around her waist as he moved closer rubbing against her body. His hand stopped to rest on her left breast placing his hand over her heart. "I don't want anyone else, I.." He sighed softly. "I just for some dumb reason find things that make you and Lynn so much alike, and it hurts. It hurts because, I want to love you for you, not you being like Lynn." He said softly kissing her shoulder blade.

"All I have ever wanted all my life is to be loved for me and nothign else" she siad softly she felt so strange with him. "I love you I've liked you since we first met but didn't want to rush you at all" she whispered kissing his chest softly. She felt like he knew and understood her more than anyone else.

"I love you too, I am trying though." He pulled her closer holding her in his arms. "I love Lynn too, and I can't forget about her. I don't think anyone can forget their first love, but I promise to try my hardest not compare you to her." He moved his hand from her chest to rub her back. "I often change positions when I sleep so if you wake up and my back is to you, it's just how i am I do really love you Alex."

Alex smile d"I know you are trying and I will support you every step of the way "she said softly she wanted so badly to tell him about her family but feared his reaction so she kept silent. She held him close looking deep into his eyes then she fell asleep leaned against him he was so warm.

He held her for about five minute until he had to move into a new position. He rolled over onto his right side facing her and kissed her cheek. Her skin was so soft, her beautiful black hair covering her face until he pushed it out of his way to see her face. 'I hope you understand Lynn.' He thought to himself resting his left hand on Alex's hip. His eyes were heavy, they had wasted a lot of energy making out. Within three more minutes he fell asleep with her in his arms.

Alex slept deeply through the night she woke up early the next mornign he was still sleeping she kissed his forehead and went to take a shower she needed one the makign out had made her a bit sweaty. She washed quickly and walked out with a towel wrapped around her bodice. She walked over to the kitchen and started making breakfast. They were at her place now they had been dating a couple weeks all they had done so far is make out and sleep together naked out of respect for him she wouldn't ask for more.

Kole woke up in the slightly unfamiliar room, after a few minutes of looking over the room he remembered where he was. He smiled and walked into the bathroom where steam had been coming out the door. He opened the door but the bathroom was empty. He snapped his fingers hoping he would have joined her but decided he needed to get clean up as well. He got in luckily her shower was better then his. his could only hold hot water for a few minutes hers seemed to run all day. He grabbed a bar of soap and the wash cloth running it over his body scrubbing away the dirt and oil on his body. After his skin was practically getting a rub burn from how clean it was he pulled the shampoo down opening it. He was glad that she had shampoo that was uni sex and not fully of scents.

After the shower he got up and walked into her room in the other towel that had been hanging there. He dried off and put on a pair of dark blue jeans and a tee shirt. He liked the shirt she had bought for him, it was a nice dark non fading black shirt with the words 'I'm sorry I didn't hear the blahs coming from your mouth'. He stretched slightly then walked down the hallway. The house was a moderately small house a two bedroom house ideal for a single person. He had bought her a few books for the study he noticed she had but he hadn't quite given them to her yet, he had actually left them in his car under the seat so she couldn't see them. He walked into the kitchen giving her a deep kiss on the lips and then a light peck on the cheek. "I love you." He said softly grabbing her ass moving his lips to her neck softly nibbling on it. She had asked him not to put marks on her neck due to her work, and the same thing went for him. "I've got something in the car for you baby you want them now or after breakfast?"

She smiled and turned around kissing him "what have I told you about getting me things there is no need to spoil me and I'm make breakfast." she said she was making eggs, sliced macintosh apples, and chicken apple sausage for breakfast a complete diet. she pulled out two plates and served breakfast giving him twice what she put on hers she didn't eat much for breakfast. She poured them each a glass of juice and se the table waitign for him to come back to join her. She smiled as she watche dhim walk to the door and whistled at him playfully and smirked.

He laughed a bit and opened the door going to the car pulling out the bag from underneath the seat. He came back in closing the door behind him. He took a bite out of the eggs and handed her the bag. After his bite of food he stood behind her massaging her shoulders. "You do so much for me love and I know that you normally wouldn't want anything like this but I know how much you loved the first one." He said softly. The sequel to her book had just released a few days before and she hadn't gotten her pay check yet, so he figured it would make up for him being a complete ass to her before they got to know each other.

Alex opened the bag and smiled she got up and hugged him tightly and kissed him "you are so sweet but shouldn't spoil me so much I met get used to it." she teased "I love you so much you have been kind and good to me" she said softly. "and I've been thinking perhaps in a month or so you could move in here save some of your money and spend more time with me" she said softly running her hands up and down his chest.

He licked her lips holding his hands on her hips. "I'll think about it love, but I have to go in a half hour I have to go get dressed for work." He said softly. "What are you doing tonight?" He grabbed his plate and sat down next to her kissing the line of skin she always liked to show off.

"I'm going to play pool with my friends I was hoping you would join me" she whispered kissing along his collar bone and nipped at it softly then bit him and started sucking leavin her mark where it owuld not be seen except outside of work. as it were a brand to say he was hers and no one elses. She rubbed his shoulders and chest to help him relax before work.

A soft sound came from his lips but he had stopped her. "Later my love I have to finish up and go so I can change for work. I'll bring a spare set of work clothes next time so I don't have to leave just to change." He said softly kissing her lips before taking a bite of the apple sausage. Her food tasted almost as wonderful as her kisses, though only her pancakes reminded him of Lynn. He was glad he wasn't a big fan of them so the reminder would pop up every other day. "I'll see what I can do about showing up for a game of pool but I'm not sharing you with anyone else we are a team just us two." he said smiling.

"you know I'm only yours and I always will be no one could ever take my heart from you." she said softly she kissed him softly on the lips "have a good day at work oh here take this I made you lunch"s he said handing him a bag out of the fridge. "I'll be waiting for you after work who know I might wear something nice for you." she said smirking.

Kole's eye caught a glimpse at the clock not having time to finish all his food. He smiled kissing her once more before taking the bag and rushing out the front door. "I love you baby." She had made him actually want to work hard and support her like Lynn had done. but she did it in a completely different way. Alex had pulled him from his dark hole while Lynn just inspired him.

After Kole made it home he quickly trimmed his beard down to a goatee. He was taking work differently now, as well has his look. Before he didn't care about anything but now he did, all because of Alex. He jumped into his shower once more just to rinse off the loose hair from his face then dried off putting his work shirt on. He looked into the mirror and definitely liked this change.

She smiled at how happy he looked she liked to see him happy. She had the day off today she got everything set up for manicotti tonight all she had to do was bake it when they got back from the game. She put the meal in the fridge and went into her room starting to brush her hair now that it was partially dry, she went into her closet pulling out a black leather pleated miniskirt and red tank top fitting her the same as all her tops. She laid down taking a nap till it was almost time for her to leave for the game she brushed her teeth and waited for Kole to come pick her up after he got off.

He had placed a change of clothes in the car for when he got off work. Something was telling him that he wasn't going to have time for anything else before going to play pool. At the end of his shift he was about to clock out but he got a call right as he was at the computer. "Yeah?" he asked answering it. 'Dude Kole I'm on my way in right now but the freeway is packed I'm going to be about fifteen minutes late think you can cover for me until then?' the voice asked. Normally Kole wouldn't cover for anyone but since he was with Alex, he was back to being his old self. "Yeah But I got a date tonight so make if fast." he said before hanging up. Within a few seconds he dial Alex's number. "Hey baby I'm going to be late by about fifteen maybe twenty minutes I need to cover for someone til they come in, I'm sorry i can't pick you up but I'll meet you at the bar ok sweetie?"

Alex answered her phone and smiled "alright I'll see you then I look forward to seeing you and I fixed something very special for afterwards." she hung up and got up pulling on her knee high boots and walked out heading towards the bar where they would be. When she walked in she hugged both of her friends as they complimented her look one of them in particular seemed interested Mike was looking her up and down which she had never seen him do before. she ignored it "I have a very good friend coming to join us but he's running a bit late.

Kole's replacement took a couple minutes longer then he was quoted but he was glad when he showed up. "Thanks man I really got to go though." He said clocking out. He grabbed his clothes from the car and changed in the bathroom. He drove quickly but safely to the bar, he made sure to lock his car as he got out of it. By the looks of the parking lot happy hour got a bit crazy. He walked into the bar then up to the counter ordering a Smirnoff.

Mike scowled with who he seen walk into the bar. The same guy that was rude to Alex last time they had been together. "I hope you don't want to get something to drink tonight Alex looks like the assholes back." He commented while breaking signaling the game had started between Alex and himself.

Alex looked over and smiled "um mike that asshole is the one who I invited because he happens to be my boyfriend" she said a bit icily. She looked at Steven who was checking Kole out already "what do you think of him?"
Steven smiled at her "he cleans up nice he's kind of cute I might steal him away" he teased.
Alex laughed and smiled at Steven "Kole we're over here" she said wavign to him.

He smiled and grabbed his drink walking over to where her voice came from. He put his arms around her and handed her the drink for them to share. "And when did you get this baby?" He asked softly wrapping his arms around from behind her kissing her.


"I don't know." Mike interrupted. "But it's her shot so could we get this game started and who ever wins can pick who they play next?" Kole noted that mike had to have been the one that hit him from behind last time she was with her friends. Kole stayed quiet and kissed her lips once more before letting his arms slide from from her form. He sat down at the bar table and the stool across from her other friend. "Hey, Kole nice to meet you."
